The Canada-Italy Innovation Award aims to develop new and existing relationships between Canadian and Italian experts into long-term collaborations in different research areas, including Emerging Technologies. In this context, the Embassy of Canada awarded Prof. Giovanni Acampora, member of ICAROS and Department of Physics “Ettore Pancini”, for his project proposal named “Quantum Machine Learning” to develop jointly with the prestigious Institute for Quantum Computing of University of Waterloo.
